Mr. Rabin has almost thirty years of General Management, Marketing and Strategic Planning experience in diverse industries. He has served in management capacities with Keebler Company, Alberto-Culver Company, Beatrice Companies,
EKCO Housewares and with the Code, Hennessy and Simmons
portfolio.
Prior to founding Investment Intelligence Group in 1995, Mr. Rabin successfully managed in leveraged and turnaround environments for twelve years. He was CEO of EKCO Housewares, The Hirsch Company and M. Kamenstein, Inc. His background combines strong marketing and strategic skills with extensive experience in P&L and asset management. This experience provides a unique operating perspective to the evaluation and assessment of target industries and
companies.
Mr. Rabin holds a BA from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern
University.
RONNEE
TAYLOR
Ms. Taylor brings significant Marketing and Market Research experience to Investment Intelligence Group engagements. She has over twenty years of experience in both corporate and market research environments. Her experience includes senior management and market research positions with Alberto-Culver, Burke Marketing Research, Information Resources (IRI), AC Nielsen and
Citicorp.
Ms. Taylor specializes in the development and execution of quantitative research methodologies for the assessment of competitive market position, strategic planning, customer satisfaction and trend analysis. She has extensive research experience in both product and service industries including business and financial services, consumer products, industrial products, distribution services, telecommunications and medical products and
services.
Ms. Taylor holds a BA from The College of William & Mary in Virginia and an MS in Advertising from the Medill School at Northwestern University.
